Note: If your package is not ready for shipment, we can store it in our warehouse for up to one month.

Please contact us via email in advance.

Once the package is shipped, we cannot hold it for you.

⚠️ Important: All orders do not include shipping fees by default. Customers need to select a shipping method on the product page/order page and pay the shipping fee.

Delivery Time

Producing a doll usually takes two weeks.

The delivery cycle for all full-silicone love dolls is usually one and a half months. Please inform us in advance.

After shipment, we will send you a tracking number via email. As this is international shipping, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date and time.

Typically, goods arrive within two weeks, but may take up to a month depending on customs clearance.

Shipping Issue Handling Process

To protect your rights, please follow this process for shipping issues:

Record a complete unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package

2.Check Product Condition

Clearly show package appearance and product condition in the video

3.Keep All Materials

Retain original packaging and all shipping materials

4.Contact Support

Submit the issue via email or online chat within 48 hours

Important: Shipping issue claims without unboxing video will not be accepted. The video must clearly show:

  • Complete package appearance (all six sides)
  • Unopened shipping label
  • Entire unboxing process (continuous recording)
  • Detailed condition of the product after removal
